You do not feel the slump cone by height due to the diameter getting smaller towards the top. It is to be done in 3 parts of the same amount of concrete that does not mean the same height. Further more you do not tell the technician how to do their job you only say yes or no to the test.

This is not the proper way to consolidate concrete. Consult ACI309 for more details. There is no pattern followed, the insertion speed is never equal to withdraw.

sir,in my country people using only red bricks for load bearing construction but my question to you that can we construct load bearing double story house with concrete solid block without any column and beam! i mean all load will transfer via wall to foundation?
